Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not well lit, even with every light on, and could have been cleaner. It took too long for someone to bring up clean towels, and it was very cold despite having the heat on. On the bright side, the service was excellent, very professional, but disappointing for not even coming to our room. The location was good, with a Dunkin nearby if breakfast doesn't please you, although it's in an area with limited choices. The dining experience was poor, with stale cereal and not enough coffee made, but it was very good all things considered. The facilities were in serious need of updating.
Upon arrival, I noticed a slight musty smell in the room, and I found wires sticking out under the unit. However, despite these initial impressions, the room was actually clean overall. It would have been even better if the holes in the wall were addressed promptly and if clean towels were delivered faster. The service was accommodating when it came to sleep arrangements, and the staff was friendly, although it could have been even more welcoming and helpful, especially when it came to informing us about a forgotten toy. The location, while off the NJ Turnpike and Route 206, was rather limited in terms of nearby attractions, making it feel a bit isolated, although convenience for a sports tournament stay was noted. As for dining, the options varied from excellent to terrible, with some dishes tasting off and items like eggs and waffle batter running out. The facilities seemed satisfactory but not exceptional.
The hotel had a convenient location just off the NJ Turnpike and Route 206, very close to restaurants. The service was friendly and accommodating; however, the dining experience was subpar in terms of food variety. The rooms had some cleanliness issues and musty odors to be aware of.
